Handholding

We deliver tailored entrepreneurship programs designed for women at different stages of their business journey. Our signature 10-day “Rural MBA” course equips women with practical skills in business planning, financial literacy, leadership, and market linkages, enabling them to start, sustain, and scale their enterprises.
Our youth skill initiatives provide training in vocational, technical, and soft skills to young people, enhancing their employability and connecting them with opportunities across diverse industries. We work closely with employers and industry partners to ensure skills alignment with market needs.
Beyond training, SSEN provides continuous support to women entrepreneurs through mentoring, business clinics, exposure visits, and access to networks and markets, ensuring sustained enterprise growth.
Sakhi Social Enterprise Network has developed a comprehensive 10-day manual on basic and advanced entrepreneurship. The course follows a ‘learning-by-doing’ approach, guiding participants from motivation to business planning. It is fully participatory, incorporating interactive games and hands-on activities that equip individuals with the practical knowledge and confidence to start and manage their own enterprises
